To use your coupon code online, please follow the steps below:
- Under www.cinemaxx.com, first select your Cinemaxx location, the date, the film and the time. You will be redirected to the booking form.
- Click on "Redeem voucher" (if you have landed on the seating plan for the time being, click directly on "Add tickets" to change the mask).
- Type in the coupon codes one at a time, with no separators or spaces, so
that one line resembles the following pattern: E123T45678912345
- Then click on "Add". If the vouchers have been successfully added, a new "Voucher 2D" line will appear under
"Tickets".
- Select the number of vouchers used in the desired seat category (Regular, VIP/Ultra Lux, Saver fare, Super saver fare).
- The price is therefore reduced to zero (for VIP or Ultra Lux seats and 3D
performances, the difference in the co-payment remains).
- Now select your seats according to the previously selected category in
the seat map.

Vouchers can also be redeemed at the ticket office. Please have the corresponding PDF document or QR code ready for scanning.

The vouchers are valid for up to 3 years from the date of purchase. Expired
vouchers cannot be extended, refunded or replaced.

On the homepage, click the “Register” button (at the top of the page), fill out the form with your details, and submit your application.

You will then receive a confirmation email regarding your registration.

If you attempt to register again, you will see a message indicating the status of your current application.

It has already been submitted for verification, and you will be informed of the outcome via email.

You will be asked to provide your email address. Make sure to use the same one you provided during registration.

A login code will be sent to that address — enter it to log in.

Once logged in, you will be in the “orders” section of your account, where your previous orders will be displayed. Then click “shop” at the top of the page.

On every store page, click the “person” icon in the top right corner.

In this section, you can view your previous orders, check company information, and if you have the appropriate permissions edit selected data.

Once the payment has been processed, we will begin fulfilling your order. When it is completed, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your CinemaxX Business account (this may take up to 2 hours). The message will include information about the need to log in to your account and download the codes from the 'Orders' section. Please remember to also check your spam/junk folder.

In the 'Orders' section, select the appropriate order, and a 'Download codes' button will appear in the top left corner.

If applicable, and the order is less than 10,000 vouchers you can also download as a PDF, including a QR code.

Yes, invoices are sent as a PDF, please open in an appropriate tool such as Adobe,
and the XML format is embedded as a file.
